## Cadence

Documentation is audited quarterly against the live codebase. Each pass verifies file paths, line references, environment variable names, and behavior claims in the priority docs listed in `CLAUDE.md`.

## Process

1. Spot-check priority docs against source.
2. File rename/archive/deletion decisions for stale content.
3. Scrub stale TODOs and outdated claims.
4. Record findings in the audit PR; update this file with the new date.
